Job summary

Task Personnel Solutions is seeking an Accommodation Safety & Support Officer for Sheffield. You’ll help ensure residents feel safe, supported and looked after while working across student accommodation and other residential sites.

You’ll be a calm, professional presence on site, carry out routine safety checks, respond to issues out of hours and record incidents clearly, following site rules and supervisor instructions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors and contractors
• Provide clear and friendly support
• Carry out regular site checks
• Check alarms, lights and basic safety systems
• Help make sure shared areas are safe and tidy
• Support out-of-hours issues when needed
• Record incidents clearly
• Follow site rules and supervisor instructions
