Job summary

Finsbury Food Group is seeking an In-Shift Hygiene Operative to work within our Manchester site, supporting Hygiene and Production teams. You will follow cleaning schedules, uphold high hygiene standards, and ensure audit-ready production areas.

You will complete documentation on time, maintain personal hygiene, follow Health and Safety procedures, and participate in training to develop your skills and contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Able to follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and high standards of hygiene.
• Maintains personal hygiene in line with company standards.
• Communicates effectively and works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow cleaning schedules to ensure production areas are cleaned effectively.
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping across the site.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain excellent personal hygiene in line with company standards.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures at all times.
• Provide support to Hygiene and Production teams as required.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.
