Job summary

Aurora Life Sciences is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive practical quality improvements on the manufacturing floor within a regulated medical devices environment. The role focuses on developing, measuring and enhancing the QMS, ensuring processes remain effective and compliant with ISO13485.

You will lead NCR/CAPA activities, analyze trends, and collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams to translate findings into tangible manufacturing performance gains.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Quality Engineering or Quality Systems in medical devices or regulated manufacturing.
• Practical knowledge of ISO13485 and NCR/CAPA activities; understanding of ISO14971.
• Comfort on the manufacturing floor; ownership and improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and analyse QMS performance metrics to identify risks and improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement across the QMS with quality plans and projects.
• Lead NCR investigations and ensure proper documentation and disposition.
