You’ll own the restaurant end-to-end, from people and guest experience to sales, labour and profitability.

You’ll recruit, coach and develop your team, set high standards, and stay visible during busy services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading busy, quality-led casual dining.
• Strong people leadership and recruitment experience.
• Solid P&L understanding and cost control.
• Visible on floor during busy services.

Responsibilities

• Own the restaurant end-to-end: people, guest experience, sales, labour and profitability.
• Be visible on the floor during peak services to maintain high standards.
• Recruit, coach and develop the team, building a positive culture with accountability.
• Drive the P&L and manage costs to protect margins and grow sales.
