Job summary

Mitie Group plc is seeking an Engineer to maintain Fire and Security systems across the assigned area. You will contribute to a team delivering world-class customer service and be rewarded for excellence.

Key duties include maintaining systems in your area, responding to service calls, planning routine and reactive visits, communicating with customers, managing stock with support from your team leader, and attending training and engineering meetings.

Qualifications

• Technical background in electrical/electronic industry.
• Good knowledge of Fire and Security systems.
• Experience with front-line customer contact preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Professional and presentable demeanour, always.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
