Job summary

Ctrl Alt is building the operating model for on-chain structured products from origination to servicing in a London-based role. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Commercial teams to scale high-value tokenized assets.

The Strategy & Operations Manager will own end-to-end processes, drive deal timelines, and shape product design with external partners, reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, structuring or related roles within financial services or technology.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end trade lifecycle from pre-trade to post-trade.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to operate in ambiguity and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the target operating model for structured products on-chain from origination to servicing.
• Serve as central point of contact for complex product deals and lifecycle deployment.
• Drive cross-functional execution by aligning Engineering, Product and Commercial teams on timelines and risk.
• Design products and payoffs in collaboration with issuers and partners.
• Translate complex financial requirements into clear technical specifications for tokenization.
