Job summary

Ctrl Alt is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to build the operating model for on‑chain structured products. You will own origination through servicing, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial teams, and external partners.

This full‑time London role reports to the Chief Product Officer. You will shape how structured products are originated, issued, settled and serviced, while translating financial requirements into clear technical specs to support tokenisation

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, structuring, product, or a related role within financial services or tech-driven environments.
• Ability to translate complex financial requirements into clear technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model for originate, issue, settle, and service on-chain structured products.
• Serve as central contact for complex product deals through to final deployment.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams on timelines and risk.
• Design products and partnerships to align demand with high-value payoffs.
• Translate intricate financial requirements into practical technical specifications for tokenised assets.
