Job summary

Funeral Partners Ltd is recruiting for a Night Shift Funeral Service Operative to join James Brown Funeral Directors in Belfast. The role is entirely overnight, on-call, with shifts Monday to Friday between 8:00pm and 8:00am.

Standby pay £28.30 per night plus a £38 removal fee per attended call-out. Full UK driving licence is required and you will work as part of a small local team within a large national company.

Qualifications

• Calm, dependable and able to respond promptly when on call.
• Caring and respectful approach to sensitive situations.
• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to out-of-hours calls when required.
• Bring the deceased into our care with dignity and respect.
• Support families in a calm, compassionate, and professional manner.
• Drive company vehicles (full UK licence required).
• Ensure all procedures are carried out sensitively and in line with company standards.
