Job summary

Solus is seeking a maintenance professional to provide an effective maintenance, repair and construction service across its facilities, minimising defects and downtime.

You will respond to emergencies, perform routine maintenance on production equipment and repairs, work late hours including weekends, and uphold health and safety checks with timely corrective actions. The role requires multi‑skilled trades and coordination with suppliers and operators.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergency situations.
• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and repair on them when necessary.
• Work late hours, overnight and weekends as well.
• Ensure health and safety checks and inspections are carried out with timely corrective action.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to clarify technical details and overcome problems.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance for buildings and utilities.
