Job summary

Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician to provide on-site technical support at data center facilities in Fleet, UK. You will perform hands-on tasks including cabling, hardware swaps, rack installation, and inventory management. Strong English communication and the ability to lift 25 kg+ are essential.

The role requires proximity to local data centers and includes on-call duties. You will work primarily at on-site data centers, coordinating access for clients and ensuring remote hands

Qualifications

• Hands-on data center experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Remote Hands & Smart Hands support (cabling, power cycling, hardware swaps).
• Install and decommission server racks as needed.
• Manage cross-connects and patch panels.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform diagnostics.
• Conduct visual inspections and inventory audits.
• Escort and coordinate client access visits.
• Be on-call for urgent requests and emergencies.
