Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician in Belfast, United Kingdom to provide on-site technical support at local data center facilities. You will perform hands-on maintenance, server rack work, and cross-connect tasks to ensure uptime.

You will engage in on-site troubleshooting, inventory audits, and client escort coordination, with on-call availability for urgent requests. Strong English communication and the ability to lift 25 kg are essential.

• Remote Hands & Smart Hands support (cabling, power cycling, hardware swaps).
• Server rack installation and decommissioning.
• Cross-connect and patch panel management.
• Hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Visual inspections and inventory audits.
• Escort and access coordination for client visits.
• Emergency response and on-call availability.
