Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Remote Hands & Smart Hands support (cabling, power cycling, hardware swaps).
• Perform server rack installation and decommissioning.
• Manage cross-connects and patch panels.
• Troubleshoot hardware and run diagnostics.
• Carry out visual inspections and inventory audits.
• Escort and coordinate client visits and access.
• Respond to emergencies and be on-call.
