Crossroads Care NI in Northern Ireland is seeking a senior care attendant to deliver high-quality community care within a 24/7 rota. You will support clients and fellow staff, ensuring timely care, and liaising with the Operations team in your local region.

The role includes on-call duties, maintaining care plans, reporting, safeguarding, and contributing to fundraising. A valid UK driving licence and six months of caring experience are required, with full training provided by Crossroads.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK
• Full driving licence with access to a car
• Residing in the area advertised
• Six months paid caring experience
• Smart phone use (emails and attachments)
• Internet access and computer literacy

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent care and support services to Crossroads clients.
• Carry out spot checks on staff adherence to policies and quality of care.
• Mentor new staff and demonstrate professional standards to clients and colleagues.
• Be part of the on-call rota to support care staff outside office hours.
