On Board Host - Glasgow

On Board Host for TransPennine Express (TPE) at Glasgow.

Pay Rate: 13.20 per hour plus commission.

Hours: Full-Time

Shifts: Rotational shifts between 6am and 10pm.

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or over due to some responsibilities within the role.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with long hours and varying shifts.

No experience is required; full training will be provided.

As an On Board Host, you will:

• Provide 'at seat trolley service' on TPE trains, ensuring excellent customer service, managing stock, and processing transactions.
• Travel on assigned trains, assisting passengers, achieving sales targets, and meeting contractual goals.
• Maintain accurate stock and transaction records, adhere to hygiene and safety standards, and support management initiatives.
• Perform Service Centre duties, engaging with passengers, providing information, and addressing diverse needs, including details on services, ticketing, platforms, and disruptions.
• You can claim up to 50 rover tickets for TPE network rail for family and friends.
