On-Board Host for TransPennine Express (TPE) at Manchester Station

Pay Rate

£13.20 per hour plus commission.

Hours and Shifts

Full Time (39 hours) with rotational shifts between 6am and 9pm, including some weekends.

Minimum Requirements

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or over due to certain responsibilities and shift requirements.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including long hours and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide 'at seat trolley service' on TPE trains, ensuring excellent customer service, managing stock, and handling transactions.
• Travel on assigned trains to assist passengers, achieve sales targets, and meet contractual goals.
• Maintain accurate stock and transaction records, adhere to hygiene and safety standards, and support management initiatives.
• Perform Service Centre duties, engage with passengers, provide information, and address diverse needs, including updates on services, ticketing, platforms, and disruptions.
• Eligible to claim up to 50 rover tickets for the TPE network for family and friends.
