• Experience in delivering seamless omnichannel customer journeys in retail.
• Ability to coach and develop teams using YATD techniques.
• Understanding of local market trends and visual merchandising influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop the team to deliver a seamless Omnichannel Customer journey in-store and online.
• Coach and develop the team on YATD techniques with feedback to build customer trust.
• Inspire visual journeys in store, tailoring layout, merchandising, windows and mannequins.
• Embed the Service Promise of Easy/Smile/Care in-store ethos and leadership.
