Vacancy Description

Be the key driver for order management across all networks.

Responsibilities
  • Review and manage customer enquiries and orders to ensure the right product, in the right place, at the right time.
  • Partner with the performance analyst to ensure company finance, inventory and ordering are met.
  • Follow up delivery flows from product request to final delivery to ensure deadlines are met including external vendors.
  • Manage cross-border and cross-network transfers when necessary.
  • Allocate daily stock between networks according to market recommendations.
Support Boutiques and POS Operations
  • Follow up product reservations.
  • Claims consolidation and submission.
  • Perform regular stock returns according to markets recommendations.
  • Involvement in special projects to optimise supply chain flow.
  • Regularly visit local Boutiques and build relationships with external partners within the scope of responsibilities.
Monitoring
  • Ensure smooth operations, clean stock and orders throughout the supply chain.
  • Analyze complex situations and determine best solutions for troubleshooting.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiency in our current processes.
Product Operations Support
  • Constantly strive to optimise existing flows and processes.
  • Champion the team across the business / Be an ambassador for your team.
  • Cross functional support – be able to support other team members.
