Job summary

Blue Square, Samsung division, seeks an Omnichannel Merchandiser to drive in-store and contact centre activations across Strathclyde and Borders in the United Kingdom. You will master Samsung Mobile products, train staff, and build strong relationships with store teams and stakeholders to boost sales and brand love.

You will manage territory visits, capture data, and report insights to continuously improve store performance.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience essential.
• Confident communicator with field experience.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Master Samsung Mobile product knowledge to advise stores.
• Build long-lasting relationships with store teams and stakeholders.
• Deliver engaging training sessions in person or group.
• Plan and prioritise field visits across a large geographic area.
• Report visits, customer interactions and training outcomes to inform improvements.
• Ensure brand guidelines and compliance across activations.
