Job summary

Blue Square, an award-winning retail marketing agency, is seeking an Omnichannel Merchandiser to drive Samsung’s retail success. You will lead in-store displays, train staff, and build strong relationships with store teams and key stakeholders across a large geographic area.

You’ll deliver engaging training sessions, manage visits and activations, and use data to inform decisions that boost brand love and sales. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and field activation.
• Ability to train staff and deliver engaging sessions.
• Strong communication with store teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across large geographical area and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store merchandising and product displays for Samsung Mobile (MX).
• Train store staff and managers, delivering engaging sessions.
• Build relationships with store teams, management and key stakeholders.
• Plan and prioritise visits, activations, and roadshows for maximum impact.
• Report on store visits, customer interactions, and training outcomes.
