Job summary

NEW LOOK in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and embody our brand values. You will help customers look good and feel confident, both in-store and online, while supporting the omnichannel shopping experience across our app and website.

You will work with a team to drive store performance, stay current with fashion trends, and maintain high store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and staying up to date with trends.
• Ability to deliver a great customer experience and showcase personality.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers by delivering service techniques and creating a great in-store experience.
• Support omnichannel shopping by guiding online purchases and ensuring brand consistency.
• Help maintain store standards and create a visually exciting shopping environment.
• Collaborate with management to deliver the Retail Strategy and store targets.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and ensure health & safety procedures are followed.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend items to customers to enhance performance.
