This part-time role offers an hourly rate between £14.12 and £15.42, with enhanced pay for evenings and weekends, a fully paid training program, and generous holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred.
• Experience supporting older adults is advantageous.
• Compassionate and reliable with a patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily tasks, appointments, and light domestic duties.
• Support participation in social activities and wellbeing routines.
• Promote independence, dignity and community engagement.
• Assist with individual care packages as needed.
