Job summary

Altrad are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to provide operational and technical project support for the successful delivery of project activities. The role will work closely with the Maintenance Planner, Project Manager, client and wider project team to support planning, coordination and execution of work scopes.

You will assist with input of materials, track plant and equipment, raise timesheets, compile work packs and support cost control and safety processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Technical Coordinator role in oil and gas preferred.
• Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Understanding of HSEQ requirements (COSHH, MSDS, TBRA).
• Commercial awareness and cost control experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administration support to the project team and wider Altrad business.
• Assist with input and processing of material and plant orders.
• Track plant and equipment and maintain POB rotas.
• Raise, edit, review and process offshore/onshore timesheets.
• Generate resource mobilisation forms and CTRs as required.
• Compile work packs in line with relevant standards under the maintenance planner.
• Liaise with planning departments regarding work scope, resources and progress.
• Ensure plant, equipment, PPE, consumables and materials are available and returned.
• Support in personnel pre-mobilisation briefings and safety processes.
