Altrad is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the PMO and lead complex engineering, construction, infrastructure and defence programmes. The role emphasizes safe, compliant, and profitable delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting business growth.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent in engineering or technical discipline.
• Professional project management qualification (APM/ PMI) or equivalent.
• Experience delivering major engineering, construction, or complex programmes.
• Strong commercial and financial management capability.
• Proven ability to deliver safely and profitably while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large and complex projects and programmes from initiation through to close out, ensuring delivery against safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary project delivery teams and optimise the use of people, financial and technical resources.
• Maintain accountability for project governance, risk management, change control and commercial performance.
• Act as the principal interface with customers, stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Ensure compliance with Altrad procedures, client requirements and relevant legislation.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, innovation and the adoption of industry best practice.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and professional development to project teams.
• Support bid activities, project reviews and wider strategic business initiatives.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, customer representatives, engineering and technical teams, commercial and finance teams, operations and delivery managers, supply chain partners and subcontractors.
• Monitor project safety performance, compliance, schedule, budget, margin and overall financial performance.
• Effectively manage project risks and opportunities, ensuring appropriate mitigation and actions are implemented.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer expectations are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote team engagement, capability development and a positive project culture.
