Job summary

Insight Commodities in London is seeking a mid-level broker to join our expanding desk. The role offers a base salary up to £100k and uncapped commissions, with buyouts available for the right candidates.

You will gain exposure to international energy markets and build client relationships, handling gasoil, diesel, jet fuels, and related derivatives. The position rewards ambition with enhanced responsibility and profit-sharing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in middle distillates broking, including gasoil, diesel and jet fuel.
• Knowledge of swaps, futures, cracks and price differentials.
• Familiarity with ICE and CME trading markets.

The Opportunities

Mid-Level Broker Opportunity | Base Salary up to £100,000

Perfect for a developing broker who has gained solid middle distillates experience but is looking for more responsibility, greater client exposure and the opportunity to build their own revenue.

You may currently be working in a more junior capacity within an established desk and feel ready to progress.

Approximately 2-6 years' relevant experience preferred.

What We're Looking For

• Experience within middle distillates broking, including gasoil, diesel, jet fuel, swaps, futures, cracks and differentials
• Knowledge of ICE and CME markets and block trade execution
• Commercial ambition, market knowledge and the desire to take on greater responsibility
• Eligibility for FCA certification
