Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Ofsted Registration Consultant to drive registration projects from enquiry to approval in Nottingham. This role is office-based and offers a clear path to career progression within a growing consultancy.

You will work with providers, Registered Managers and Responsible Individuals, guiding them through planning and successful registration while ensuring high-quality governance and safeguarding practices across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in children’s residential care or related services.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted registration and regulatory requirements.
• Experience within compliance, governance or quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ofsted registration projects from initial enquiry through to approval.
• Review applications, policies, Statements of Purpose and supporting documentation.
• Prepare Registered Managers and Responsible Individuals for Ofsted interviews.
• Advise on safeguarding, governance, staffing structures and compliance requirements.
• Manage project plans, deadlines and client communications.
• Build strong client relationships and support the growth of consultancy services.
