Job summary

Turning Point is seeking an Ofsted Registered Manager to lead four supported accommodation services for Young People in Chorley and Leyland. You will ensure compliance with England Regulations and Ofsted standards, recruit and develop teams, safeguard young people, manage budgets, and build partnerships with commissioners while maintaining outstanding service delivery.

This role offers strong progression within a values-driven not-for-profit organisation and opportunities to influence service

Qualifications

• Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager with young people.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and statutory frameworks.
• Proven track record in quality, compliance and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations and Ofsted Quality Standards.
• Lead high-quality services that are safe, effective and inspection-ready.
• Recruit, develop and retain teams with safe induction and ongoing coaching.
• Oversee safeguarding, reporting, and escalation of concerns.
