This is not their first home and they have Good ratings with ofsted within the portfolio. The right person will have real influence over how the home, and future services, are shaped, with genuine scope to grow as the organisation grows.

Our client is a Trust. Rather than being backed by private equity or profits going into shareholders.
Our client also runs its own in-house therapeutic service, the equivalent of a community CAMHS provision, giving children and staff direct access to therapeutic clinicians without the long waiting lists usually associated with statutory mental health services. The clinical team has a combined specialist experience of over 100 years, with training spanning PACE, DDP, EMDR and DBT. Ofsted has recognised the transformative effect of this specialist support.
Our client specialises in supporting children with complex needs, often presenting with a combination of trauma and additional learning needs, and sometimes significant behavioural challenges. The right Registered Manager will be genuinely open-minded to working therapeutically with children through trauma, and comfortable holding a robust, relationship-based approach for children who need it most.
