  • Clear career progression with opportunities to step into a multi-site or regional management role as the organisation expands
  • The chance to be part of an organisation with ambitious growth plans and strong leadership support
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children's home
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations 2015, and Quality Standards
  • Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings

  • Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience in working with children with EBD
  • Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with external professionals and agencies
  • Good financial and budget management skills
  • Passion for improving the lives of vulnerable children and young people
