Ofsted Registered Manager

South East London Up to £72,000 + bonuses Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm

We’re currently supporting a highly regarded childrebn's residential care provider in opening abrand-new 6-bed Ofsted-regulated children’s home in South East London, supporting young people aged 11–17 with emotional and behavioural needs — and we’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the service from the ground up.

You’ll be responsible for setting up and running the home, recruiting your team, ensuring compliance with all regulatory frameworks, and creating a safe, trauma-informed environment where children can thrive.

Requirements
