Job summary

OFSTED is seeking a senior Head of Partnerships to drive growth across children’s social care and education services. The role focuses on forming high-level strategic partnerships, identifying new markets, and turning relationships into sustainable business outcomes.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will shape future growth, build influential stakeholder networks and position OFSTED as a trusted partner across the public sector. Hybrid working with extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business development, partnerships or commercial growth.
• Strong understanding of public sector dynamics and education/childrens services is desirable.
• Experience working with Local Authorities and public sector organisations is advantageous.
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and long-term growth focus.

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Partnerships to lead strategic growth across children's social care and education services. This senior role is focused on developing high-level relationships, identifying new markets, creating strategic partnerships and generating sustainable business opportunities.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will work closely with senior leaders to shape future growth, build influential stakeholder networks and position the organisation as a trusted partner across the public sector.

Key Responsibilities
