Job summary

Brook Street is seeking a Placements & Referrals Coordinator to join a leading Education & Residential provider. The role is hybrid and pays £30,000 plus a bonus up to 10% per year, for 37.5 hours a week.

You will work with Local Authorities, Registered Managers and Head Teachers to manage referrals and coordinate placements, ensuring children and young people are matched with appropriate services. Experience with CRM systems and strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience within placements, referrals, admissions or commissioning.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Placements & Referrals Coordinator to join a leading Education & Residential provider.
