Job summary

Pathway Group seeks an experienced higher education consultant to own an OfS registration project from initial review to handover. You will combine senior regulatory expertise with practical delivery, drafting evidence, coordinating submissions and ensuring governance and quality arrangements meet conditions. The role requires independent work with directors, governors and advisers to drive timely completion.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in UK higher education quality, regulation, registry, governance or consultancy.
• Ability to translate regulatory expectations into clear policies and evidence.
• Experience leading complex projects and managing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OfS registration project from review to submission and handover.
• Draft and coordinate submission documents, policies and evidence.
• Develop governance and quality arrangements aligned with registration requirements.
• Coordinate finance, legal and academic inputs for the application and evidence.
• Organise sign-off, OfS correspondence and interviews or assessment activity.
