SSE Renewables is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across offshore wind projects in the UK and Ireland. You will guide engineering strategy, provide technical direction, and influence major project decisions to deliver safe, high-quality assets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering activities on offshore wind projects or large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong technical understanding of engineering design development and risk management.
• Ability to understand technical and commercial implications of engineering decisions.
• Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams in complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver offshore wind projects.
• Drive engineering design development to support project objectives and long-term value.
• Provide engineering assurance and technical leadership for major project decisions.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to ensure adequate capability and resources.
• Develop delivery plans, schedules and resource strategies to meet milestones.
