Job summary

ERSG Ltd is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to support major Offshore Wind projects with a focus on schedule development. Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will create, maintain and analyse project schedules while supporting wider project controls, risk and commercial activities.

The role requires extensive experience in project planning for offshore environments, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in project planning/scheduling.
• Offshore Wind, offshore Oil & Gas or major offshore engineering experience.
• EPCI/EPC project experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Develop tender/bid schedules, assessing feasibility and identifying critical activities.
• Monitor progress against baseline and analyse schedule deviations.
• Produce 90-day look-ahead, weekly and monthly schedules.
• Coordinate schedules across engineering, procurement, construction and offshore installation teams.
• Undertake critical path analysis, Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
• Support project reporting, contract amendments, variations and claims.

Start: ASAP - 4 weeks
