Job summary

JERA Nex bp seeks an experienced Interface Manager to support large offshore wind and EPCI projects. You will coordinate interfaces across packages, align scope boundaries, and govern decision packages and change processes in a structured way.

You will work with Package Managers, Project Leadership and PMO functions to ensure interfaces, decisions and changes are documented, aligned and traceable across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, PM, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, contractors and technical disciplines.
• Strong governance, change management and risk management processes.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interface management procedure and its continuous improvement.
• Coordinate interfaces between project packages, contractors and stakeholders.
• Maintain interface registers and track actions, decisions and risks.
• Coordinate MoC processes and ensure changes are assessed and documented.
