Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a Balance of Plant Planner for a major offshore wind project in the UK. You will work with the Lead Planner to develop and maintain the project programme across all detail levels, ensuring alignment with the WBS and keeping progress up to date.

The role involves regular progress monitoring, reporting, and coordinating contractor schedules within the overall programme. Strong planning software knowledge and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education is required.
• Experience planning large construction projects with multiple packages.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Excellent MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Lead Planner to develop and maintain the project programme from today through to commencement of commercial operations.
• Ensuring alignment of the project programme to the work breakdown structure (WBS).
• Monitor and report on project progress at regular intervals.
• Provide reporting to highlight key activities and areas for attention.
• Collate and summarise Contractor programme information into the overall project programme.
• Support other Project controls functions (Cost, Risk, Doc Control) with planning information as required.
