Job summary

SLB seeks a Wellsite Leader to safely and efficiently oversee offshore well construction operations. You will act as SLB's senior representative on site, leading integrated service delivery and ensuring alignment with customer objectives and execution plans.

You will coordinate with the Drilling Supervisor, rig contractor, and service providers to drive performance, manage risk, and promote high standards of quality and safety in every operation.

Qualifications

• Extensive oil & gas offshore drilling experience.
• Proven wellsite leadership or integrated operations experience.
• Strong HSE, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore execution of integrated well construction operations.
• Serve as the primary SLB representative at the wellsite and interface with the Drilling Supervisor (DSV).
• Coordinate cross-functional service teams and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Monitor operations, identify risks and implement mitigations to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Provide operational reporting and drive continuous improvement.
