Job summary

Oceaneering International operates a demanding Oil & Gas warehouse environment. You will assist in receiving, storing and distributing materials, while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

The role involves forklifting, stock location, picking/packing, invoicing for shipments, and inventory control across cyclical counts and discrepancies. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills, effective communication with teams, and basic IT proficiency with inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Basic computing skills and familiarity with inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Rotational duties within receiving, picking, packing and shipping.
• Operate forklift in warehouse and yard areas.
• Check and receipt goods from suppliers, offshore, intercompany transfers.
• Locate stock and pick/pack items for shipping.
• Prepare invoices for shipments to worksites.
• Book out equipment to workshop personnel and job sites.
• Assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Raise non-conformances and drive continuous improvement via 6S.
• Support local collections and deliveries as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintenance of safe work areas.
