Our expert, data-driven insights and unrivalled technology can shape project critical decisions and accelerate your journey to project success.Duties & Main Responsibilities• Ensuring quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection (HSE) during all operations while professionally representing the company.• Performing commissioning, maintenance, and repair work on MENCK and customer equipment, independently or as part of a team.• Conducting fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, as well as functional testing of technical systems and equipment.• Operating offshore equipment (e.g., piling hammers) in compliance with technical specifications and safety requirements.• Coordinating and supervising local technicians and service assistants, including onboarding and training of new employees.• Delivering customer training sessions (equipment training) on-site, independently or as part of a team.• Organizing and managing site operations, including coordination with project stakeholders and contractors.• Preparing and maintaining technical reports and documentation, including service reports, incident reports, checklists, and performance data records.• Maintaining continuous communication and reporting to project management and service management, including escalation of faults, deviations, and operational issues.• Completing post-deployment activities, including data and photographic documentation, debriefings, and providing workshop support (assembly, documentation, and general technical assistance).Requirements• Successfully completed vocational training as a technician, master craftsman, mechanic, electrician/electronics technician, or a comparable qualification.• Certified and authorized to work with electrical systems, pressure vessels, hydraulic systems, and isolated/de-energized equipment.• Proven hands-on experience in hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical engineering.• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&ID diagrams, electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and flow charts.• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, with particular attention to safety instructions and warning symbols (pictograms).• Proficient in the use of standard workshop and service tools, including torque wrenches, pumps, compressors, and hand tools.• Sound knowledge of common HSE tools and procedures, such as JSA (Job Safety Analysis), Toolbox Talks (TBT), work instructions, safety data sheets (SDS), and related documentation.• International work experience and willingness to undertake extensive international travel and offshore assignments.• Additional training in occupational health and safety or significant practical experience in this field is advantageous.• Good written and spoken English skills.• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and compliance standards.• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.• High level of motivation, flexibility, and ability to work independently.• Strong commitment, initiative, and proactive approach to work.What we offer• Flexible working hours and the possibility of mobile working• Discounted membership to a fitness/wellness club• Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with independent and confidential counseling forpersonal and professional issues• Subsidies for travel allowances and meals• JobRad• VWL• Company pension scheme• Free drinks and fruit• And much moreApplicants who are applying for this position and would like to add a cover letter to their application are asked to upload their cover letter and CV in one document.
