Job summary

Royal Ihc Limited is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead complex EPC projects across offshore, marine, oil & gas, renewables and defence sectors from concept to delivery. You will manage technical work packages, coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure documentation and compliance with HSE and quality standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and driven professional with a strong technical background and proven project delivery experience. You will play a key role in managing technical work packages, coordinating suppliers and subcontractors, overseeing project documentation and compliance, and supporting projects through the full lifecycle from concept to delivery. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, planning and stakeholder management skills, combined with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and engineering applications within demanding, fast-paced environments.## *You will be responsible for:** Support the delivery of projects in line with the contractual obligations, the specification and the quality/safety requirements, in order to maintain or better the baseline budget and schedule.* Manages technical work packages from concept through to realization* Manages technical documentation related to export compliance* Facilitates and drives constructability and construction readiness reviews* Coordinate and manage technical documentation to support logistics operations* Take responsibility for the planning, prioritizing and expediting technical packages and workshops/gate reviews required to achieve the overall project requirements* Take responsibility for technical/delivery oversight and expediting one or more major subcontracts, delivering equipment to company specifications, including the management of interfaces and quality coordination.* Co-ordinate purchasing activities such as requisitions, as agreed with the Project Manager. Liaise with QA to ensure ITP requirements are met in line with the project schedule.* Compile and collate project documentation including project management process documents, technical / procurement specifications, progress reports, final documentation etc. to support the project delivery.* Support the project’s configuration management infrastructure both in TeamCenter (for technical documents) and SharePoint (for project documents).
