Job summary

Wood requires an Operations Supervisor for one of our contracts, mobilising from Blackpool. The role runs on a 2/2 pattern and is needed ASAP until 31/07/2027, with the stated rotation.

You will support the OIM to ensure the safe and efficient operation of safety systems, process facilities and utilities, and deputise as the OIM during absence. A strong focus on safety and adherence to procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• OPEP certification required.
• MEM certification required.
• Knowledge of OIM Regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the OIM to ensure safe and efficient operation of safety systems, process facilities and utilities offshore.
• Deputise for the OIM and manage day-to-day offshore activities with autonomous safety decisions.
• Comply with statutory and client requirements and prepare safe/decommissioning schedules.
• Undertake emergency response duties as defined by procedures and Installations Station Bill.
• Lead shift meetings and monitor progress to achieve objectives; ensure KPI standards are met.
• Manage permits, quality submissions for Permit & Planning meetings and maintenance planning.
• Minimise equipment downtime by diagnosing faults and coordinating repairs.
