Job summary

Noblecorp seeks an experienced Marine/Engineer to serve on an offshore DP MODU. You will maintain mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems to the highest standards, implement safety and environmental compliance, and work with the maintenance department to ensure continuous, safe operation.

The role requires naval engineering qualifications, DP MODU experience (preferably as 2nd Engineer), and offshore certifications.

Qualifications

Recognized Marine/Engineering qualification from Maritime college or equivalent.
Must have basic PMS knowledge and ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings.
Experience as an Engineer on a DP MODU, preferably as 2nd Engineer.
Valid Unlimited 2nd Engineer or Chief Engineer motors.
Offshore survival and medical certificates as mandated by regulations.
Must be able to work without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

Ensure operation and maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems per maintenance system and regulatory codes.
Perform daily inspections, diagnose malfunctions and report deteriorating conditions.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment and identify root causes of failures.
Monitor power plants controls and distribution to ensure power availability.
Maintain PMS records and update vessel drawings and maintenance documentation.
Mentor crew, supervise OJT and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
