Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Lean Specialist for the Global Service Operations Offshore team, with primary location in Aarhus, Denmark, and options across Warrington (GB) among others. Travel about 80 days/year is expected as the role engages globally to advance Operational Excellence.

You will work with a team of Lean Specialists to push the Service Lean roadmap, deploy tools, and drive cost-out initiatives while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in Business Administration or Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of Change Management (Lean) experience.
• Experience within offshore working environment.
• Preferable experience as a manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Service Lean NCE Offshore roadmap.
• Deploy Lean tools, lead Kaizens and assess training needs.
• Reduce operational costs through Operational Excellence projects in line with Transformation Plans.
• Share Offshore best practices globally.
