Offshore Wind Project Supervisor

Job summary

Vestas seeks an experienced supervisor for global offshore and onshore wind projects, supporting activities in Europe and beyond. You will coordinate resources, manage service work orders in SAP, and supervise on-site operations across multiple platforms.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electrical or mechanical wind/offshore environments, HV knowledge, a driving license, and fluent English. Expect travel and varied assignments within a dynamic, global team.

Qualifications

• Marine engineer, electrician, or technical degree required.
• HV knowledge and switching experience.
• Full driving license.
• Fluent English.
• Proficient IT skills including SAP.

Responsibilities

• Project day-to-day planning & creating service work orders in ERP (SAP).
• Support planning, management and deployment of resources.
• Supervising and coordinating on-site operations.
• Daily toolbox talks.
• Completion checks of AWP’s and PWIs and changes to AWP/PWI as needed.
• Coordinating vessel transfer with local O/M.
