Qualifications

• Proven leadership of infrastructure teams, including off‑shore.
• Deep expertise in Windows Server, VMware, AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
• Experience with Exchange (2016/2019 Hybrid), Office 365, Azure, and PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of off‑shore infrastructure engineers.
• Own patch and vulnerability management.
• Oversee infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud environments.

Skills

Leadership of infrastructure teams

Windows Server, VMware, AD, DNS, DHCP

Exchange (2016/2019 Hybrid), Office 365, Azure, PowerShell

Familiarity with Ivanti, Veeam, Citrix, Dell VxRail, NetApp, SQL clustering

Understanding of security tools (Rapid7, CrowdStrike)
