Job summary

VINCI Energies Oil & Gas in London seeks a senior HSE professional to support the SURF Package Manager in implementing the Project HSE Management System, protecting personnel, environment and assets during the EPCI phase.

You will lead H3SE activities, coordinate with SURF and subcontractors, conduct audits, review management systems, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance across all SURF sites.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of professional experience in HSE within EPCI projects.
• 10 years in a similar position is required.
• Engineering degree or equivalent; English mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support SURF Package Manager in implementing the HSE Management System.
• Promote H3SE objectives and ensure policies are implemented on SURF sites.
• Audit Contractors’ H3SE management systems and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate H3SE activities across SURF package with SURF Manager and H3SE teams.
