Job summary

Airswift is seeking a SURF HSE Lead for a long-term EPCI project in London, UK. You will lead H3SE management across multiple sites, oversee contractor safety, audits and incident investigations, and ensure compliance with international standards.

The role requires extensive experience in EPCI projects, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with diverse teams worldwide to deliver strong H3SE performance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• 10–20 years of professional experience on EPCI projects.
• 10+ years in a similar HSE leadership role.
• Experience across international, multicultural project environments.
• Experience supporting activities across multiple supplier locations and fabrication sites.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the HSE Management System across the EPCI package.
• Supervise health, safety, security, societal and environmental activities.
• Promote H3SE culture across package activities.
• Review contractor H3SE management systems and conduct safety audits.
• Collect, track and report H3SE KPIs and performance data.
