Job summary

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support offshore wind farm operations along the UK East Coast, based in Lowestoft. You will provide expert health, safety and environmental guidance, promote a Zero Harm culture, and help implement HSE initiatives across service operations.

You will lead risk assessments, investigate incidents, support regulatory compliance, and deliver HSE inductions and training.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide pragmatic HSE advice to operational teams.
• Experience in risk assessments and incidents investigations.
• Willingness to progress towards Level 5/6 NEBOSH qualification within timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Promote Siemens Gamesa's Zero Harm EHS culture.
• Support HSE initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead risk assessments and safe systems of work across operations.
• Deliver HSE inductions, trainings and toolbox talks.
• Monitor HSE metrics and drive continuous improvement.
