Job summary

Masdar is seeking an Environmental Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London to oversee environmental compliance across offshore wind projects from development to decommissioning.

The role requires delivering specialist environmental advice, managing stakeholders and ensuring regulatory compliance while developing new processes and improving environmental performance in line with Masdar's strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore wind environmental management.
• Knowledge of UK environmental regulations and compliance.
• Ability to lead audits, investigations and EMS improvements.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery of environmental strategy for GOFSW SPV projects.
• Ensure compliant offshore environmental management aligned with Masdar strategy.
• Embed environmental policies into daily operations and contractor engagements.
• Develop and implement a best-in-class environmental culture across offshore teams.
• Coordinate environmental audits and monitor performance metrics.
• Stay current with evolving environmental legislation and industry best practices.
