Job summary

CB&I Asset Solutions is seeking an Electrical Technician to join the offshore maintenance team on Cygnus Alpha, operating on a 2x3 rotation. This 12-month fixed-term contract focuses on safe, reliable electrical maintenance to maximise asset availability.

You will perform planned and corrective electrical tasks, support other disciplines and contractors, and ensure compliance with Permit to Work and safety procedures while maintaining accurate CMMS records.

Qualifications

• ONC level or equivalent required.
• Industry apprenticeship in Electrical Maintenance.
• Vocational Qualification in Electrical Maintenance.
• Oil & gas experience as Electrical Technician.
• Offshore Survival training (BOSIET/FOET) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an integrated maintenance team to execute electrical maintenance works safely and on time.
• Carry out planned and corrective electrical maintenance.
• Assist other disciplines, contractors and vendors as required.
• Manage Control of Work, Emergency Response and related roles.
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety Procedures and Permit to Work processes.
• Prepare activity records and logs in CMMS and report completed works.
